"Oh my gosh!!! I left for work at 4:30 today and your crew had been working in this heat all day installing my unit and redoing the duct work on my house built in 1949. "On June 29th 2010 and 110 degrees outside. By 4PM it was 88 degrees inside.
I called Climate Pro and was told someone would be at our house within an hour. Mike was the someone, and he was indeed here as promised. We found him to most concerned and caring about our predicament. My husband is undergoing radiation and chemo and was too ill to move to another location. It turns out our air conditioner compressor totally burned out. Mike located the needed equipment and was able to obtain it for us. Not only that, he got right to work and set it up for us, working in the heat until 11PM. When everything was up and working properly once again. We are so thankful for his knowledge of his trade, his stamina and his hard work ethic. He was kind, caring, friendly and compassionate. As an added frustration to us our warranty expired June 27th, two days previously. However, Mike talked with the people and assured us they would waive the expiration date and honor the warranty.
