OUR PARTS HONESTY PROGRAM: If our Phoenix air conditioning technician recommends a part be replaced, you can rest assured knowing he is not selling you a needless part. All old parts are brought back to our office. They are turned in with invoices and tagged with the technicians name and invoice #. Each part is tested by either the service manager or often the owner to assure no mistakes are made.
OUR QUALITY SURVEY PROGRAM: We contact customers we serve with a follow up phone call after their service. Whether it be a routine maintenance call or a full system replacement. This assures your needs and expectations are being met every step of the way. This also gives us wonderful feedback to let our team know they are meeting our customer service mission and gives us the opportunity to address any areas where we need improvement.
